IMPORTANT: We use to work with exclusive license. Custom license is ONLY possible if the model is interesting (trendy) and we assume it will be possible to sell other copies of it.

Terms and conditions for CUSTOM copyright license:
- You shall not share, sell or give UV maps, AO maps, textures or any other material that helps fashion designers and builders to create their products using these items.
- You can not sell lower then 90L$.
- Conditions of giving the product in HUNTS, GROUP or PROMOTIONAL GIFTS:
- You should use your own textures
- You can not include UV or/and shadow map in the package
- You can only give it with “copy” permission
- One item can be licensed to only one avatar.
- You are allowed to transfer to your partners or alts under the condition that they do not sell or give away that item under any conditions. This is ONLY allowed if they are in the same busienss as you and dond have other brand.
- We reserve the right to sell limited number of the product (15-20).

Can I sell these items in Second Life without modifications?
- Yes you can sell the item as it is with “Copy / Modify / No Transfer” permissions in Second Life and any other grid.
- Items can not be sold as fashion kit, builders kit
- Items can not be sold with the textures provided as an example in the package, you need to create your own textures using the PSD template.
